AI Assessment & Roadmap

In about two to four weeks, we map how your business actually works, find every place AI could help, size each one, and tell you which ten to ship first.

What's included

Grounded in your business, not a template.

Leadership interviews

What you're trying to achieve, where the pressure is, and what's already been tried.

Role-by-role mapping

The real daily work of each role across your departments, including the workarounds.

Data and systems review

What your existing systems hold, how clean it is, and what AI can reach safely.

A ranked opportunity map

Every opportunity sized, with build-vs-buy calls, risks, and a top 10 to ship first.

The method

From people to a ranked list, in five steps.

  1. 1

    Personas

We identify the roles that carry your business, from leadership to the front line.

  2. 2

    Daily work

For each role, we map what they actually do all day, where time goes, and where things wait.

  3. 3

    AI's role

For each task, we decide what AI could do: draft, answer, check, flag, or do it outright with a human approving.

  4. 4

    Size

Every opportunity gets an honest size, a build-vs-buy call, and the risks to plan for.

  5. 5

    Top 10

We rank by value and effort, and pick the ten to ship first, with the first build recommended.

The sizing scale

Every opportunity gets a size you can plan around.

FAQ

Common questions

How much of our team's time does it take?

Mostly interviews: about an hour with each leader and with a few people in each role we map, plus a short session with whoever knows your systems. We work around your calendar.

Do we need clean data first?

No. The data and systems review tells you what's usable today and what isn't. Plenty of good first builds work with the data you already have.

Will you only recommend things you can build?

No. Every opportunity gets a build-vs-buy call. If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, the map says so.

What if we already have AI projects running?

Good. We fold them into the map and size them alongside everything else, so you can see which ones deserve more investment and which don't.

How is it priced?

Assessments are fixed-fee. Builds are scoped and priced after the assessment. Advisory is a monthly retainer.
